oil painting question
I would love to put mist over water, but what is the technique, and what are the brushes to use to create a fog or a mist?For some reason I canoot seem to get any answers, please have mercy on my question since I am pretty much self thought, but very much self motivated. Any help on the subject of fog and mist techniques would be greatly appreciated.Thanks, Muriel
