: ItĄ¯s pretty simple, go to a museum, during a weekday, many museums have
people copying paintings, watch them, and see how they approach the problems.
___________________________
You must be luckier than most because any of the big museums that have blockbuster
shows do not allow grubby old artists to copy the pictures. The Boston Museum
is particularly egregious in their anti-artist, pro-soccer-Mom stance. It's
all become an extension of PBS and LL Bean. BTW the Boston Museum is one of
the largest gift and novelty sellers in the US. No room for artists.
