I don't know of a site, but I think that you would be more apt to find comprehensive information about silkscreen in a book. Silkscreen is my medium, and I have a couple of books on the subject; however, I think it would be fairly difficult to teach oneself silkscreen if you want to get past single-color, cut-paper stencil prints and into multi-colored, photographically-produced images. Photo-process silkscreening requires a good deal of equipment, some of it fairly expensive, and the technique has nuances that would be difficult to put across in writing. I would recommend taking a class.
