Unfortunately page 324,009 of the standard Special, Wonderful, and Good-Smelling Artists Guild bylaws states that the standard studio size is, and I quote, “Exactly the size of the Polo Grounds in NYC, plus the size of Our Gangs’ barn used for theatrical productions, plus an area large enough to trim one’s beard without getting hair in the paint.” Too bad, but don’t give up! Persistence pays.
