Mixing an ultramarine blue
I'm currently working on a large canvas and I'll appreciate if somebody help me with some hints of how to make an electric blue with an ultramarine (mix a little green or turquoise blue?). Somebody told me that in order to achieve a vibrant blue a layer of cobalt blue should be applied first.
