If you think about it, it makes perfect sense, after the initial shock wears off. Christ's death was a purification of humanity's sin, and so to place the crucifix in urine is not a sacrilege but a clear statement about the nature of Christ's purpose as the Son of Man, purification of that which is impure, namely, urine. Duh. That's a toughy.

By the way, Those are clearly your own (and not Christ's) judgments about what happened to those people after the picture was promoted. You have no idea what God wants for anyone, so please stop trying to promote your Puritan, reactionary, knee-jerk holier-than-thou agenda in the name of Our Lord, who was and is the sole Ruler of Man, and who makes all decisions anyway. If you don't like what someone does, use a rosary instead of your mouth. Silent prayer is more powerful than boasting for Jesus. Shame on you.
