Like any medium, it's not something that can be learned by a few quick clicks on the internet. It takes a real desire to learn and a willingness to work. The obvious place to start is an art school that offers a course in silkscreen. Another option would be to find yourself an entry-level position or apprenticeship at a commercial silkscreening firm.
