WHAT: Watercolor Workshop in Jamaica

WHERE: Negril, Jamaica

WHEN: July 18 - 23, 2002

COST: $1322 -- includes 4-day workshop, 5 nights/6 days at a deluxe lush tropical all-inclusive resort. All gourmet meals, beverages, airport transfers, hotel gratuities and tax, some entertainment, non-motorized watersports, travel insurance. OBJECTIVE: Watercolor Techniques: layering, collage, painting with natural found objects, demonstrations, individual instruction, journaling, sharing, creative dialogue.

Combination of vacation and workshop that integrates play, self-discovery and aesthetics with the focus being on the process and on freeing the creative flow.

Goal of workshop is to learn techniques or expand upon those you already know -- allowing the artist to envision and create unique, unusual works of art through the use of watercolor, charcoal, pencil, and natural found objects.
