Prussian blue, also know as Blue the Paris, Berlins blue, Miloriblue and Antwerp blue, was founded in 1704 in Berlin by artist Diesbach.Ironcyanogen blue was used since 1730 in 1750 it was in use by many painters. The first manufacturer was Frans with Milori blue.Today the fine dispersion paint are called Pruissian and Paris Blue. The more coarse dispersions are called Berlins and Miloriblue. So it is clear that Da Vinci did not use this color. Instead he used indeed Lapis Lazuli and Azuriet.
