I am sure this is a well worn subject, but please share how Thomas Kinkade is able to make the light in his painting glow. What type of white oils does he use? Is there an underlying base that causes this to work? I am very curious as I am doing a series of Florida Water Birds, and this would be fantastic for the Sunset lighting.
Thanks,
Babs
