How to make oil painting looks old and cracked ?

I would like "age" my painting.

What is work best ?

Some spesific warnish ?
Hot Air blower ?

I would like add stains and cracks to it
as well as dirty yellow tint.

In art shops there is no ready to use mix I
can find :-(

Some tips ?
