I've even been told that Holbein sells tubes of Vermilion marked with the mercuric sulfide pigment number but with cadmium red inside (or possibly a mixture). One guy who posted here said he heard this directly from Holbein.

If I were you, I'd start a campaign against Sennelier and the other brands who still sell Chrome colors.
