Hello there. I was just Looking for Claessens main page and ran accross your post. We are a stretched canvas manufacturer. We do sizes from 9" X 12" to a 50" X 50" in two different styles of stretcher bars. Heavy duty 1 1/4" deep X 2" wide and a Extra heavy duty that is 1 3/4" deep X 2 1/2" wide. We cut to any length up to 10' long.All stretcher strips are made from Southern Poplar hardwood. We would like to start stretching Claessens oil primed linen. When we stretch the canvas it is stapled on the back and we leave extra so that it can be restretched if needed. We try to get it stretched as tight as we can, but if it were to sag ( especually bigger sizes ie. 5' x 10') at least you have enough canvas to stretch out the sags.Our Phone # is 1-910-628-0046 and Fax is 1-910-628-1441.
