If you are copying a photo of her face, then take a good look at the value of the overall color of the face, determine the hue as to what family it is in (orange, ren, yellow, yellow-orange, etc), then determine what colors when mixed will approximate the middle value of the face, then determine what colors when mixed with the middle value will give you the shade color and the highlight color.
