wrinkled canvas

I have an old oil my mom did that was taken off the stretchers years ago, so is now very wrinkled. It's not exactly pliable anymore. I've been looking for DAYS for this bulletin board. Now that I've found you guys, if you don't know how I can re-stretch it, do you know any conservation sites that are for working artists? I could do this myself, since I paint every day and could probably figure out what they're talking about.
