water mixable oils

I have painted with oils and really like them but I'm pregnant and the terpentine makes me sick. I tried acrylics but don't care for them. I was thinking of trying water mixable oils but don't know how to use them. Do I treat them like acrylics? What about storing unused paint on my palette? Do they dry the same as regular oils?
