Mr. Howard,
I live in Mexico City and as such it seems to me impossible that the Customs Dpt. would allow a shipment of your products through.
What do you know of this? Can it be pulled off?

REGARDING THE GARLIC IN THE PREPARATION OF BLACK OIL:
I do not prepare the black oil which I use in my paintings for I am a hypocondriac. The woman from whom I purchase it ready-made has informed me that the garlic contains something or other (the scientific nomenclature eludes me) that reacts with something or other in the lead to prevent it from 'going back' into its leaden, dark state years later.
