this is just a painting my mother did - only has sentimental value, she has a lot of snow in the picture - it looks as if she did not put a varnish or clear coat on it when she painted it - i think it's just surface dirt and oil
price. It needs to be cleaned. How can I do this? it looks as tho she did not use any varnish and it has yellowed from normal dirt and oil in the air
