hi. i think i'm new here. just a quick question..

how long does it take you to finish one painting? and what do you do when you get stuck? also, is there no harm in using different kinds of turpentine on one painting? and does turpentine expire? i haven't used my (gum spirits of) turpentine in a while, its gotten thick and whitish and gummy.. is it still okay to use?

thanks. sorry that wasn't just ONE question. :)-eazl
