things required for painting

I want to learn oil painting.i have bought a box of oil colours,a bottle of turpentine oil and another of linseed oil.will u please let me know what type of brushes i should buy,and the other articles required.i shall be very grateful if u would inform me of any book which would help me learn to paint in oil colours.
