Does anyone know this artist?

I have come accross some signed prints that I cannot find any information on. They are a set of 16 street scenes in a folder that is labeled "Munchen".They are signed "Schneider" and appear to be done in water colors.Can anybody point me in the right direction. I can e-mail pictures if it would help.
