I have one of 2 small sculptures made by Beverly Pepper as part of a commission by John Deere of Moline, IL. in the early 80's.
The sculpture is a small version of a large one which is now in place in front of the Davenport, IA art gallery.
The sculpture is about 2 foot high and was forged at the Deere foundry in Moline. I am told the other sculpture is owned by the Deere Corp..
I want to sell the piece for $40,000. It is very unique with a rust finish. It is also heavy since it is made of iron. I would be willing to send picture and affidavit from artist.
This art work could be used outside as well as inside and will fit into any decorating style...especially modern.
I am told Pepper's work has increased in value as she is now one of the most recognized artist is the world.
